About Wholesome Lunch & Dinner Menus

My rice-based meals are made with freshly ground masalas, not store-bought powders. When I prepare a Vangibhath or Bisibelebhath for your event, I grind the spices the same morning, which gives it that aromatic, home-cooked scent you do not get in large catering services. This is why the flavor stays vibrant even when served in bulk.
