Producing a runway show means managing a dozen moving parts at once. When we manage your show, my team handles the backstage chaos—from hair and makeup timing to model line-up and music cues—so you don't have to worry about the logistics when the lights go up.
A fashion show is a high-pressure environment. Whether we are setting up a ballroom runway for a major event or a club showcase in Bengaluru, my job is to build your dream team. This includes sourcing professional models, coordinating with choreographers, and managing the glam team for quick changes. I have spent 18 years perfecting the flow backstage. It is not just about selecting the right talent, it is about timing. From working with celebrities like BS Avinash to directing technical teams at venues like the JP Celestial, my goal is a smooth show. We handle everything from the ramp fabrication to the final production, so you get the polished final result without the stress of managing the crew yourself.
