We are more than a school. We are a family of 70 plus nationalities coming together to learn, grow, and belong.

A warm welcome to our 73rd year. Our director shares his excitement for the new school year, reflecting on our strategic pillars and our commitment to creating extraordinary learning experiences for every student.

A warm welcome to all our new families. Orientation day is filled with energy, from a traditional bhangra dance to meeting teachers, counselors, and of course, our tiger mascot. We are thrilled to have 240 new students from 29 nationalities join us.

Hear from our Elementary, Middle, and High School Principals as they share their excitement for the new school year. From welcoming new students to kicking off new activities, the energy on campus is buzzing.

We are deeply committed to nurturing a culture of belonging. In our diverse community, we actively support every learner’s academic, social, and emotional growth, ensuring everyone feels seen, valued, and included.

"I love it with all my heart." Hear from Margo, a fourth-grade student, as she shares what makes our school feel so inclusive and special, including her favorite spot on campus: the ancient Banyan tree, which she calls the heart of our school.

An elementary school parent shares her family's experience, from the warm welcome they received to the enriching academic opportunities like author visits and hands-on STEM projects that make learning meaningful and exciting.

"The teachers here were so amazing... They taught me so much, but especially how I have so much to offer to the world." An alumna from the Class of 2022 reflects on the lifelong impact of our supportive teachers.

An alumnus from the Class of 2006, now working for an international non-profit, reflects on how the people and community at our school shaped his journey. His story is a testament to our mission: Enter to Learn, Leave to Serve.

Nothing beats the first day of school. Our elementary students were greeted with high-fives and hugs from our tiger mascot, setting a joyful tone for a year of learning, laughter, and new friendships.

The last day of school is filled with high-fives and farewells. It marks the end of a chapter but not the end of the journey, as students leave with new knowledge, lasting memories, and the confidence to keep exploring.

About Our Vibrant Community

When you walk through our Chanakyapuri gates, the first thing you will notice is the energy. Whether it is seniors bonding over ice cream or a fourth-grader sharing their love for our 1,800-year-old Banyan tree, our culture is not something we just teach, it is something our 70 plus nationalities live every day. This creates a secure, inclusive environment where your child does not just study, they find a second home.

Building a culture of belonging is not just a strategic goal for us; it is the foundation of daily life at AES. For over 73 years, we have brought together families from across the globe, creating a space where diversity is not just accepted, but actively celebrated.

Life in Our Community

Our community thrives because we prioritize connection outside the classroom. From the playful competition of our middle school fort system—Neela, Peela, Laal, and Hara—to our all-school activities mela, we ensure that students are constantly interacting, collaborating, and forming bonds that last far beyond graduation.

Why Families Choose AES

Parents often tell us that they choose AES because of the atmosphere. When you join our school, you become part of a partnership. We host regular workshops and parent-student events to ensure that the transition to an international school in Delhi is smooth and supported.

Our commitment to a holistic approach means we value emotional and social growth just as much as academic success. Whether it is through student-led service projects in the local community or our robust athletics and arts programs, we provide the platform for every student to find their voice, feel seen, and grow into the person they are meant to be.
