High-stakes litigation and constitutional advocacy from the Supreme Court. I blend rigorous legal strategy with a commitment to equity, fighting for the causes that matter to our nation.

Standing before the Supreme Court of India, the arena where I fight for justice and uphold the principles of our Constitution. My practice is driven by a commitment to making a tangible impact through law.

It was an honour to meet the 14th President of India, Shri Ram Nath Kovind. We discussed the 'One Nation, One Election' report, and I had the privilege of presenting him with a book on India's unsung freedom fighters.

Speaking with Aaj Tak outside the Supreme Court about our pro-bono environmental litigation to save the Jojari river in Rajasthan. Industrial pollution has devastated this lifeline for local communities and wildlife, and we are fighting for accountability.

Addressing the national media after the historic Supreme Court judgment on Article 370. I was honoured to represent Youth4PanunKashmir and the Global Kashmiri Pandit Diaspora in this landmark constitutional case.

A moment of triumph with my dedicated team outside the Supreme Court. This victory in an anticipatory bail matter before Justice Abhay S. Oka and Justice Ujjal Bhuyan was the result of meticulous preparation and teamwork.

In this interview, I provide my legal and constitutional analysis on the deteriorating law and order situation in West Bengal. I firmly believe that when a state fails to protect its citizens and national security is at risk, constitutional measures like President's rule must be considered.

With the bright legal minds from SS Jain Subodh Law College during their visit to the Supreme Court. I believe it is my duty to mentor and share my experiences with the next generation of advocates who will shape our nation's future.

A significant milestone in my career: the official order confirming my appointment as a Group 'A' Panel Counsel for the Union of India in the Supreme Court. I am humbled by the responsibility and opportunity to serve the nation in this capacity.

About Featured

When we discuss feasibility, I look at more than just the letter of the law. In these featured cases, I have had to bridge the gap between technical merit and ground reality, like balancing the urgent need for environmental restoration in Rajasthan with strict procedural requirements under Article 32. Before filing, we assess locus standi and litigation risks to ensure we are not dismissed on technical grounds. My goal is to ensure your matter survives the registry scrutiny and reaches the Bench for a substantive hearing.

Whether it is representing the Global Kashmiri Pandit Diaspora in the Article 370 hearings or fighting industrial pollution in the Jojari river, my practice is built on constitutional principles. Law is not just about drafting petitions, it is about interpretation and institutional balance.

My Approach to Public Interest Litigation

  • Constitutional Integrity: I believe the Supreme Court’s role is to interpret laws, while the Parliament makes them. My work focuses on maintaining this institutional balance, ensuring that power remains within defined boundaries.
  • Environmental Justice: My litigation against the Jojari river pollution involves holding authorities accountable for the destruction of local ecosystems. It requires not just legal arguments, but evidence-based advocacy, including lab reports, ground surveys, and constant follow-ups with NGT orders.
  • Anti-Corruption & Rights: From challenging builder mafias to representing dental doctors in service matters, I focus on cases with broader public impact, often taking on tough battles against established systems.

What You Get with My Representation

  • Panel A Counsel Standards: As Panel A Counsel for the Union of India, I apply the same rigor to private and public interest litigation that I use for government matters.
  • Strategic Roadmap: We do not just file and wait. We prepare for defect curing, handle registry objections, and draft synopses that the judges actually read.
  • Direct Advocacy: I personally handle arguments before the Bench, including rejoinders and interim relief prayers.

If you are looking for representation that combines aggressive court strategy with deep constitutional research, let’s discuss the feasibility of your case.
