With over a decade as Advocate-on-Record at the Supreme Court, and handling cases for clients like Delhi University and BPCL, I’ve seen corporate fights from every angle. My main job? Make sense of the mess, cut through jargon, and give you a clear way forward - whether you’re a big firm, a PSU, or a startup.

- Insolvency and bankruptcy litigation - representing creditors and advising on stressed asset deals
- International commercial arbitration - including matters in Dubai’s DIFC Courts and cross-border corporate disputes

Where I Work
