How I Look at Criminal Law
Dekhiye, I'm a first-generation lawyer, so I know this field isn’t about clocking in and out. It’s tough - sometimes it means working late, sometimes it means fighting against the odds. Law isn’t always black and white for me; I see the grey and I believe in equity. In the Supreme Court, that balance is what I try to protect.
What Drives My Work
I get invested in my cases. Whether it’s standing up to state machinery or rooting for a just cause, I’m there because I believe in the system's checks and balances. Iss tarike se desh nahi chal sakta (the country can’t run like this) if one part forgets its limits. My job? Argue the law as it is, so justice stays on track.

- Bail and Anticipatory Bail: I handle these regularly, including tricky anticipatory bail procedure matters in the Supreme Court.
- Appeals & SLPs: I’m used to filing Special Leave Petition strategy cases, challenging convictions from High Courts.
