How I Look at Criminal Law
Dekhiye, I'm a first-generation lawyer, so I know this field isn’t about clocking in and out. It’s tough - sometimes it means working late, sometimes it means fighting against the odds. Law isn’t always black and white for me; I see the grey and I believe in equity. In the Supreme Court, that balance is what I try to protect.
What Drives My Work
I get invested in my cases. Whether it’s standing up to state machinery or rooting for a just cause, I’m there because I believe in the system's checks and balances. Iss tarike se desh nahi chal sakta (the country can’t run like this) if one part forgets its limits. My job? Argue the law as it is, so justice stays on track.
My Core Practice
- Bail and Anticipatory Bail: I handle these regularly, including tricky anticipatory bail procedure matters in the Supreme Court.
- Appeals & SLPs: I’m used to filing Special Leave Petition strategy cases, challenging convictions from High Courts.
- Economic Offence Defence: With deep experience under laws like PMLA, I don’t shy away from complicated financial crimes.
- The New Criminal Laws: I stay sharp on the latest changes to IPC, CrPC, and Evidence Act.
- Constitutional Challenge in Criminal Law: From trial strategy to questioning laws themselves, I cover the whole spectrum.
Where I Practice
Mostly Delhi, but I do cases all over India - Supreme Court, High Courts (Delhi, Bombay, Rajasthan, Madras), and local courts.

My Story
Ten years in law, and gifting my dad a BMW on his birthday – that hit different. I’m from the Pushkarna community, humare log (our people) always lift each other up, and I try to do the same. My team, my 'Devils', work hard with me. Rahul, my court clerk, got a Bullet for sticking it out and dreaming big. I make documentaries too, like 'The Abandoned Cranes' on Kashmiri Pandit rights. Law for me is about serving, not just winning.
