Strategic Legal Representation and Courtroom Advocacy
A look into my work fighting for the unheard in courtrooms and beyond. From Supreme Court litigation to defending rights, I focus on building strategies that actually deliver results.
This black coat is more than a uniform; it's my armor. It represents the power of the law to protect the vulnerable and challenge injustice, a legacy I am proud to carry forward every single day.
A significant victory for animal rights across India. After our arguments, the Supreme Court directed that stray dogs cannot be indiscriminately removed from their localities. This win is for every single person who fights for our community animals.
In the courtroom, every word matters. This is a glimpse of me presenting final arguments in a matrimonial case, ensuring that the facts are heard and justice is not delayed by procedural tactics.
A great win for the victim. After long arguments in a case under Section 69 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, I successfully opposed the bail application, ensuring the accused did not get away easily. This is what demanding justice looks like.
I believe in making the law accessible. Here, I break down the essentials of filing for maintenance under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act, explaining the importance of submitting an income affidavit to ensure the court can grant fair relief.
Standing before the Supreme Court of India, the highest temple of justice in our country. It's a constant reminder of the responsibility I carry to uphold the law and fight for what is right.
Inside the court, I am an advocate fighting for justice. Outside, I am a rider exploring the Himalayas. Both roles require courage, focus, and a relentless spirit, and I embrace them equally.
In the corridors of justice, I find my purpose. This is me, draped in black and armed with the law, ready to be a fearless, unapologetic, and unstoppable voice for my clients.
About Featured
When I step into the courtroom, I am not there to follow standard delays. I conduct a blunt merit assessment of your FIRs, charge sheets, or previous court orders before we draft a single page. My focus is on mapping out the procedural timeline from District Courts to the High Court, ensuring you know exactly where you stand and what immediate recourse is available.
My practice is built on a simple premise: the black coat is an armor for those who cannot fight for themselves. Whether I am handling a matrimonial dispute, challenging a false case, or taking on animal cruelty litigation, I follow a systematic, battle-tested approach.
How I Approach Your Case
- Merit-First Consultation: Before jumping into litigation, we review your documentation—be it FIRs, medical reports, or existing court orders. I provide a clear-eyed assessment of whether the case holds water, saving you time and resources.
- Strategic Litigation: I handle end-to-end drafting and filing, from Domestic Incident Reports for Magistrate courts to writ petitions in the Delhi High Court. This includes the heavy lifting: synopsis, list of dates, and prayer clauses.
- Rights Education: Often, clients are overwhelmed by the legal process. I make it a point to explain the fundamental rights relevant to your specific situation so you are not just a spectator in your own case.
Areas of Focus
I divide my time between:
- Matrimonial & Family Disputes: From maintenance applications under the Hindu Marriage Act to fighting back against misused laws, I focus on practical relief.
- Constitutional & Criminal Litigation: Defending against illegal detention and handling urgent bail applications.
- Public Interest & Animal Rights: My pro bono and PIL work remains a core part of my practice, ensuring I stay connected to the grassroots issues that matter.
If you are feeling drained by the system, remember that we can plan our next move. We do not just file cases, we build strategies to hold the system accountable.
