Featured Legal Victories and Landmark Cases
A look at the cases that define my practice. From the Supreme Court to state High Courts, here is how I translate legal principles into tangible justice for my clients.
This is me at the Supreme Court of India after a significant victory for democratic principles. I represented an elected Pradhan from Rajasthan who was unlawfully suspended by the state. Despite three prior court orders in his favor, the authorities refused to reinstate him. We invoked Article 32, and the Supreme Court issued an extraordinary directive to ensure justice was served immediately.
A powerful moment captured after securing the release of a client who was held in illegal detention for over 36 hours without due process. We argued before the Duty Magistrate that this was a gross violation of Article 22(2) of the Constitution. The court agreed, refused police remand, and my client's liberty was restored.
Outside the Madras High Court, where I handled a complex cheque bounce case valued at ₹2.45 Crores. We successfully argued for the case to be transferred to a different court to ensure a fair and impartial trial, free from potential bias. This victory set a valuable precedent for similar cases under the Negotiable Instruments Act.
This case in my hometown of Meerut was personally significant. I successfully secured anticipatory bail for a minor, navigating the complex intersection of the Juvenile Justice Act and the Code of Criminal Procedure. The court's decision reinforced the principle that the law must protect the vulnerable.
As a legal expert, I often participate in public discourse on critical legal issues. Here I am on a live debate with News Tak, discussing the Supreme Court's directions for an investigation into the Adani Group following the Hindenburg Report.
Meeting with Prof. SP Singh Baghel, the Hon’ble Cabinet Minister of State for the Ministry of Law & Justice. Discussing the nuances of litigation and the justice system with experienced leaders helps sharpen my own approach to law.
At the Rajasthan High Court. My work takes me to courts across the country, but the mission is always the same: to deliver the best possible outcome for my client. Step by step, court by court, I remain focused on the fight for justice.
With my colleagues from Nyaypratham Legal at the Supreme Court. Complex litigation requires a dedicated team. Together, we work to uphold our principles of Nyay, Nishtha, and Dharma (Justice, Integrity, and Duty).
Standing before the Supreme Court of India. This image embodies my core belief: "Zid zaroori hai jeetne ke liye." Stubbornness is necessary to win. When a client entrusts me with their case, I am relentless in my pursuit of justice for them.
About Featured
Litigation often drags on for years, but my approach focuses on actionable strategy. Whether it is an urgent Article 32 petition or transferring a high-value cheque bounce case, my team at Nyaypratham Legal dissects the procedural loopholes early. We do not just file papers; we build a narrative that demands the court's attention.
My practice is built on a simple premise: Nyay, Nishtha, Dharma (Justice, Integrity, Duty). When you see these cases, you are not just looking at successful outcomes; you are seeing the result of relentless preparation.
Why My Approach Differs
Most legal issues, whether they are criminal defense, constitutional writs, or complex civil disputes, do not start in the courtroom; they start in the filing cabinet. I believe in meticulous research and clear communication. When I represented an elected Pradhan against illegal suspension, it was not just about the law; it was about protecting democratic mandates. By invoking Article 32 in the Supreme Court, we forced the immediate implementation of stay orders, turning a prolonged wait into instant relief.
Handling High-Stakes Litigation
- Constitutional Writs: I specialize in Article 32 and 226 petitions, challenging government overreach and administrative apathy.
- White-Collar Defense: Handling Negotiable Instruments Act (NI Act) cases, like the ₹2.45 Crore transfer I secured in the Madras High Court, requires a deep understanding of procedural law to argue for impartiality and a fair trial.
- Criminal Defense & Bail: From quashing FIRs to anticipatory bail for minors, I fight to ensure that the police process adheres strictly to legal guidelines like the DK Basu mandates.
Your Next Step
If you are navigating a legal crisis, you need more than just a lawyer; you need a strategist who stays with you from the first notice to the final order. My team at Nyaypratham Legal handles everything from drafting and AOR coordination to critical admission hearings. We do not shy away from complex, high-pressure matters. If you have a case that requires absolute commitment, let us discuss the strategy.
