A glimpse into my mission: making the law accessible, practical, and empowering through workshops, grassroots camps, and speaking engagements across NCR.

My work is most fulfilling when I am on the ground, directly connecting with communities. Here, I am conducting a legal awareness camp with the Navjyoti India Foundation, creating a safe space for women from rural areas to learn about their rights under the Domestic Violence Act and share their stories without fear.

Knowledge is the first step to empowerment. In this panel discussion, I break down three critical laws every woman should know: the POCSO Act for child protection, the Juvenile Justice Act, and the Domestic Violence Act, which protects not just wives but any female in a domestic relationship.

My goal is to equip the next generation with the tools to build a safer future. At this workshop for NSS students at Government Girls College, I focused on the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Act, explaining their rights and how to foster a culture of respect and safety.

At my desk, I am reminded of the principle that guides my practice: Satyamev Jayate, Truth Alone Triumphs. This is more than a profession for me; it is a commitment to uphold justice and provide a voice for those who need it most.

Using every platform to spread legal literacy is a core part of my mission. During my 'Kanoon Ki Baat' segment on Gurgaon Ki Awaaz 107.8 FM, I discussed the importance of drug awareness and the objectives of NALSA's DAWN Scheme, making complex legal topics accessible to the public.

Being recognized at the 19th Security Leadership Summit for my work in women's security was a profound honor. It reinforces my belief that legal statutes are the bedrock of creating a safer society for women, and I am committed to strengthening and advocating for these frameworks.

My journey from homemaker to advocate was featured in Lifestory magazine, a moment that allowed me to share my personal story of loss, resilience, and finding purpose. I chose to fight, to define my own path, and to use my experience to empower others.

Mentoring the next generation of legal minds is a responsibility I cherish. Judging the final round of the moot court competition at The NorthCap University allowed me to witness the sharp, passionate, and articulate advocates of tomorrow in action.

This video shares a glimpse into my personal and professional journey. It traces my path from a young girl with a dream, through marriage and motherhood, to the profound loss that reshaped my life and ignited my purpose to become an advocate for others.

From a homemaker to an advocate, my journey has been one of determination. It is a testament to the fact that it is never too late to rise, challenge yourself, and redefine your life on your own terms.

About Featured

My workshops don't rely on dry lectures or complex legal jargon. Whether I am training your Internal Committee on POSH compliance or speaking to students about the POCSO Act, I use a conversational mix of English and Hindi to ensure the material is actually understood by everyone in the room. You will walk away with actionable tools, not just a slide deck.

I started this work because I realized that the law is often a wall rather than a bridge. When you don't understand your rights, you can't protect yourself or your family. My goal is to change that, one session at a time.

How I Conduct My Workshops

I don't believe in one-size-fits-all training. Whether I am at the District and Sessions Court in Gurugram or inside a corporate boardroom, my approach changes to fit the audience:

  • For Corporates: My POSH sessions focus on real-world application. We move beyond ticking boxes to discuss intent versus impact, behavior boundaries, and how your Internal Committee (IC) should actually handle complaints with natural justice.
  • For Schools & Colleges: These sessions are about prevention and safety. We cover the POCSO Act, anti-ragging, and cyber safety in a language that students relate to, ensuring they know what to do if they or a friend feel unsafe.
  • For Communities: Through my work with groups like the Navjyoti India Foundation, I hold legal aid camps focused on the Domestic Violence Act. These are safe spaces for women to learn that this law protects not just wives, but daughters, mothers, and any female in a domestic relationship.

Why Book a Session?

I bring years of field experience to these sessions. I am not just a trainer; I am a practicing advocate who sees the gaps in our system every day. When you book a workshop with me, you get a session built on practical case studies, not just theoretical statutes. I want every participant to leave with the confidence to say, 'I know my rights, and I know how to use them.'
