My mission goes beyond the courtroom. I combine legal expertise with ground-level advocacy to build safer workplaces and challenge systems that perpetuate inequality.

About Advocacy for Women's Rights

I do not just quote laws. Whether I am launching a security task force or conducting an interactive workshop, my approach is practical and rooted in real-world challenges. If your organization is ready to move beyond check-the-box compliance and actually prioritize respect, let us talk about how to make that happen.

The law can feel like a distant, intimidating set of rules. I believe in translating that into something actionable. My work as an advocate for women's rights spans from formal court proceedings to boardroom policy implementation.

Why My Approach is Different

I believe that 'sangharsh aur alochana' (struggle and criticism) are necessary for growth. I use my own journey from a homemaker to an advocate to inform how I handle cases and training. I do not provide dry, text-heavy lectures.

When I work with companies on POSH compliance or run legal awareness workshops, I use real-world scenarios. We discuss the grey areas. We analyze what harassment looks like in practice, not just on paper. This is how we change behavior and create environments where people feel safe.

How I Help

  • Workplace Safety: I help organizations move from passive compliance to active protection. This includes setting up Internal Committees (IC), drafting robust policies, and conducting audits to find gaps.
  • Legal Representation: Whether it is family law, domestic violence support, or cases involving sexual offenses, I provide direct, honest counsel. I understand that when you are in a legal battle, you need a lawyer who fights with strategy and empathy.
  • Community Advocacy: I regularly collaborate with task forces, security councils, and civil society groups to address issues like women's safety in public spaces and cyber fraud.

If you are feeling stuck or are worried about a situation, you do not have to handle it alone. Whether you need a consultant for your office or a lawyer for your personal protection, my goal is the same: providing clear paths to justice.

I turned my own experiences of loss and judgment into a fight for others' rights. I am not a distant advocate; I am the person standing next to you in the boardroom or the court, ensuring your voice is heard and your rights are protected.
