My sessions are not just motivation, they are practical legal literacy drills. - POSH & Workplace Safety: Organizations often treat POSH as a formality. I break down the actual requirements of committee inquiries and the legal responsibilities of the employer, ensuring everyone knows their rights.
- Women's Rights & Empowerment: My motto is 'Bekhauf, Azaad'. I talk about breaking the cycle of silence, understanding criminal laws, and why reporting a crime is an act of justice for the entire society, not just the individual.
