My Inspiration: Why I Fight for the Voiceless
People ask why I spend my days in courtrooms fighting for animals. The answer is not in a law book. It is in the moments of joy and unconditional love that drive me to demand justice for every creature.
This is Nikki, the one who made me fall in love. Her smiling face is a constant reminder of the innocence and joy that I fight to protect for all animals.
My Christmas celebration is incomplete without my girl, Nikki. The unconditional love of a pet is a precious gift that makes every day brighter.
A day out with my Labrador, Nikki. These moments of simple joy and companionship are what I work to ensure every animal has the chance to experience.

Trips are incomplete without meeting cute little friends along the way. Holding this puppy by the lake at night was a moment of pure, simple happiness.
Another furry friend I met on my travels. The trusting look in this puppy's eyes is a powerful motivator for my animal advocacy work.
Sharing a gentle moment with a black street dog. Every animal deserves kindness and a soft touch.

My kind of 'sukoon' or peace. Finding and comforting a stray puppy on the street is a reminder of the vulnerability of these animals and the importance of protecting them.
About The Heart of the Fight: My Inspiration
Many people think I only work on high-profile corporate cases, but my real fight happens on the streets and in the Supreme Court for those who cannot speak. If you are dealing with an RWA trying to illegally remove community dogs or witnessing animal cruelty, do not just document it on social media. Call me to discuss how we can use the Animal Birth Control Rules 2023 to secure their legal right to remain in their territory.
My passion for animal law is not academic. It is born from personal experience with my own dog, Nikki, and the heartbreaking stories I see on the streets. When I walk through Delhi or travel on my bike, I see the vulnerability of street animals. This is why I treat every case, from a simple legal notice to a complex PIL in the Supreme Court, with the same urgency as if it were my own pet.
I do not just offer legal advice. I help you navigate the legal framework:
- Preventive Action: We issue formal legal notices on Supreme Court Advocate letterhead to RWAs or individuals threatening community animals. This often stops harassment before it becomes a police matter.
- Systemic Change: I file PILs to ensure sterilization laws are enforced, aiming for long-term solutions rather than temporary fixes.
- Criminal Cases: For acts of cruelty, I represent you at the police station to ensure FIRs are lodged under the correct sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) and PCA Act.
Whether it is dealing with illegal relocation threats or fighting for justice after an injury, the law is on our side. You just need to know how to use it. If you need a strategy to protect a community dog or want to initiate legal action against cruelty, let us talk.
