About Animal Rights & Welfare Litigation
Why I Do This
For me, law isn’t just about arguing in court. It’s about giving animals a real shot at justice. Chahe woh insaan ho ya jaanwar (whether it’s a human or animal), I use legal action to make sure their rights aren’t ignored. It’s tough work, but worth it when rules actually change for the better.
How I Fight Animal Cruelty
I don’t back down from tough cases. When animals face cruelty, I go all out - like the ‘Coco’ acid attack case, which took four years and a lot of patience. Got a jail sentence for the accused, not just a tiny fine. That was sone pe suhaaga (icing on the cake) - finally felt the law could mean something for animals.
Defending Street Animals’ Homes
Community dogs deserve their space. I challenge illegal displacement and fight for their right to stay in their territory. I’ve helped win PAN-INDIA protections, so sterilized and vaccinated dogs can’t just be tossed out. This is actual law now - not just advice.
System Change: PILs & Legal Notices
Big changes need Public Interest Litigations. I push for stray dog sterilization law and strict enforcement, so we build a humane system. When I hear about planned cruelty, I send legal notices as a warning. It’s about stopping harm before it starts.
Team Effort & Spreading the Word
I work with senior advocates and animal welfare groups across India. Supreme Court wins set rules for everyone. I also speak out on news shows and podcasts - Yeh time hai (This is the time) to make animal protection a real movement.

My Story
People look at me in my black coat, arguing in Supreme Court, and think they've got me all figured out. But catch me on my Himalayan bike, chasing mountains for thoda sa sukoon, thoda sa nazara, aur bahut sari khushiyan (a little peace, a little view, and loads of happiness). Big animal lover here—my Nikki, my labrador, is my world. Between courtrooms, cricket matches, and mountain roads, I’m just writing my own story, my way.
My Work
Legal services for the unheard - I work at the Supreme Court, handling animal cruelty legal defence, anti-human trafficking, criminal law, PILs, and more.
Voice for the voiceless - My fight is for those who can’t fight back—especially animals. Supreme Court animal rights lawyer, always on your dog’s side.
Changing mindsets - I believe you gotta think like a gangster, talk like a lawyer. Not just cases, I fight old mindsets.
Public advocacy & awareness - Panel speaker, Josh Talks—raising my voice on rights, justice, and dignity, especially for youth and rescued animals.
Winning justice - After tough arguments, a win is sone pe suhaaga (icing on the cake). For me, it’s about real justice, not just verdicts.
