About Criminal Defense & Constitutional Litigation
Standing up for those who can't fight for themselves is what drives me, chahe woh insaan ho ya jaanwar (be it a person or an animal). This black coat is more than just my work uniform - it's my way of making sure voices that get ignored are finally heard.
Where I Practice
You’ll find me arguing in the Supreme Court, High Courts from Delhi to Himachal, and district courts like Tis Hazari and Saket. I don’t limit myself to just one place - wherever you need me, I go.
Criminal Defense That Fights Back
If you’re facing charges, I treat your liberty like it’s my own. Bail isn’t a luxury, it’s your right. I handle urgent bail matters, even on weekends. Trials can drag on, and I know how tough it gets. I’ve defended people in serious cases, including Section 498-A IPC defense for matrimonial disputes. Sometimes, laws are misused. I call that out and push back, always looking for the evidence (or lack of it) that can set you free.
Taking On The System
When the fight is against unfair laws or policies, I use Public Interest Litigation to push for real change. I don’t just talk about rights; I go to court and fight for them, especially for those who get overlooked.
Justice For Animals
This one’s personal for me. I’ve taken on big cases for animals - pro-bono and otherwise - from acid attacks on dogs to PILs for proper animal welfare laws. Yahan bhi ladna padta hai (Here too, the fight is real).
How I Work
I’m stubborn about justice. If your case is stuck, I’ll tell you if it’s time to move to a higher court, maybe push for a fast-track trial strategy. When we win, it’s sone pe suhaaga (cherry on top).
Yeh time hai. Let’s fight together.

My Story
People look at me in my black coat, arguing in Supreme Court, and think they've got me all figured out. But catch me on my Himalayan bike, chasing mountains for thoda sa sukoon, thoda sa nazara, aur bahut sari khushiyan (a little peace, a little view, and loads of happiness). Big animal lover here—my Nikki, my labrador, is my world. Between courtrooms, cricket matches, and mountain roads, I’m just writing my own story, my way.
My Work
Legal services for the unheard - I work at the Supreme Court, handling animal cruelty legal defence, anti-human trafficking, criminal law, PILs, and more.
Voice for the voiceless - My fight is for those who can’t fight back—especially animals. Supreme Court animal rights lawyer, always on your dog’s side.
Changing mindsets - I believe you gotta think like a gangster, talk like a lawyer. Not just cases, I fight old mindsets.
Public advocacy & awareness - Panel speaker, Josh Talks—raising my voice on rights, justice, and dignity, especially for youth and rescued animals.
Winning justice - After tough arguments, a win is sone pe suhaaga (icing on the cake). For me, it’s about real justice, not just verdicts.
