About Events, Networking & Personal Moments

I frequently work with HR teams and leadership boards to navigate the complexities of POSH, Gender Neutrality, and the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS). These sessions are not lectures; they are interactive, high-energy discussions where we break down legal obligations into practical workplace culture. I focus on creating safe environments where compliance is treated as a core value, not a checklist item.
Academic & Student Outreach
I believe the future of justice lies with our youth. Speaking at institutions like GLC Mumbai or BITS Law School allows me to share my journey—switching from civil service to law—and demonstrate how students can use tools like Public Interest Litigation (PIL) to challenge injustice. We discuss the realities of the judiciary, civil services, and the ethics of legal practice.
