About Litigation & Dispute Resolution
My work is about bringing nyay (justice) to those who need it most. I don’t believe in just talking about change - I fight for it, whether it’s in the High Court, Supreme Court, or on the ground for people who’ve been ignored by the system.
My Approach
Dekhiye (Look), I treat the law as a tool for social change. For me, justice has to be accessible, not buried under high costs or endless delays. I always push for police accountability in legal cases, and I don’t shy away from calling out corruption or inefficiency that keeps people from getting justice. Laws only matter if they’re actually put to work.
Areas I Handle
- Criminal law cases, especially where fairness and reform are needed. I’ve dealt with POCSO Act matters - sometimes these laws are misused in consensual relationship legal disputes among teenagers, and I fight for a more balanced approach. I also handle cases around rape laws and consent, taking a stand when definitions get stretched.
- Women’s rights are central to my practice. From domestic violence and dowry cases to fighting for real implementation of workplace harassment laws, I stand up for those who’ve been silenced. If you’ve been wrongly accused, I know how to challenge false cases.
- Family law - marriage, divorce, maintenance, custody. I believe prenuptial agreements can help avoid bitterness and long property fights.
- Public interest litigation is my way to drive systemic reform, like enforcing fire safety norms or making spaces accessible for disabled persons.
Real Talk on Justice
Taarikh pe taarikh (date after date) is the sad reality of our courts. Delays and corruption break people’s spirits, but I’m not giving up. Jab tak hum ek dusre ka haath nahi thamenge, desh aage nahi badhega (until we hold each other's hands, the country will not progress). That’s what keeps me fighting.

My Story
I’m Abha Singh, started out as a civil servant, saw the system up close – not always pretty. That’s what pushed me to law, especially for women’s rights. Allahabad’s Ganga, Kumbh Mela – my roots run deep, family’s my anchor. My kids, Isha and Aditya, both lawyers too – proud moments! Now promoted to grandma, new joys. College pals, old laughs, travel – all this keeps me grounded and reminds me why I fight for dignity and real change.
My Work
Legal Representation & Activism - I work on Public Interest Litigations, criminal cases, and women's rights legal help. I also speak at TEDx, Columbia, and media panels.
Voice for the Voiceless - Through Rann Samar, I fight for victims of domestic violence, dowry, workplace harassment, and compensation for manual scavengers.
High-Profile Cases & Systemic Change - Handled cases like Salman Khan Hit-and-Run. I file PILs to fix broken laws, push for PoSH committee legal support, and challenge injustice.
How I Work - I fight for justice with facts, passion, and a real understanding of society. Not just law, it’s about ground reality.
