Building Muscle Memory
Many students walk into my studio in New Guruppan Palya, Bangalore, thinking mehndi is just about drawing. The reality is that it is a mix of art and mechanics. In my classes, we spend hours on 'cone mechanics'—learning how to hold the cone, how much pressure to apply for a thick line versus a hair-thin detail, and how to position your hand to avoid fatigue. Ek cheez hai, you have to get comfortable with the material before you can create complex art.

I prefer small batch sizes of 5 to 8 students because this requires direct, one-on-one observation. You will be using my signature A1 Organic cones during practice, so you are learning with the same material that delivers the rich, deep color my bridal clients expect. Whether we are working on basic Arabic trails or dense, intricate floral shading, my goal is to help you build the muscle memory required to execute designs with confidence.
