Bharatanatyam Performances & Traditional Dance Recitals
A collection of my favorite moments on stage, where I share the ancient magic of Bharatanatyam through rhythm, Abhinaya, and stories that touch the soul.
This is the essence of my solo performance. A moment of complete surrender to the rhythm and story, captured on stage where I feel most alive.
A glimpse into the Ardhanareeshwara Stotra, a piece that explores the divine balance of masculine and feminine energies. For me, performing this duet was a journey of discovering confluence and harmony in movement and emotion.
Performing at the magnificent Mysore Palace for the Mysore Dasara festival is an experience beyond words. The energy of the venue and the occasion makes every movement feel like a grand celebration of our culture.
Dance is not just for the stage. Here, in a quiet moment surrounded by nature, I find the same grace and connection. This is from a special photoshoot that felt like capturing a piece of my soul.

This artistic capture from our Ardhanareeshwara duet performance highlights the powerful symmetry and contrast that defines the piece. The interplay of light and shadow reflects the dual energies of Shiva and Shakti.
A short clip from my solo performance of 'Chandrashekaram', a composition in praise of Lord Shiva. This piece is one of my recent favorites, allowing for deep expressive storytelling, or Abhinaya.
About this collection
When you look at these performances, notice the detail in the traditional 'Temple Jewelry' and makeup. For every show, I prioritize the visual authenticity of the look—the full silk drapery and the traditional styling are just as essential to the storytelling as the technical footwork, ensuring a completely immersive experience for your guests.
My Approach to Bharatanatyam
Every performance I present is rooted in the tradition of Indian mythology. Whether I am performing a solo piece like Chandrashekaram or a synchronized group performance of the Ardhanareeshwara Stotra, my goal is to translate stories into a visual language that everyone can connect with.
Why These Performances Work
- Authenticity: I use authentic silk Bharatanatyam costumes and traditional Temple Jewelry, ensuring that the visual presentation is as high-quality as the dance itself. This is crucial for events where aesthetics matter, like weddings or temple inaugurations.
- Adaptability: My repertoire ranges from high-energy 10-minute invocations perfect for lamp lighting ceremonies to 45-minute cultural showcases featuring intricate Abhinaya (expressive storytelling).
- Technical Precision: Whether we are using pre-recorded audio for seamless transitions or coordinating a live orchestra, I focus on the technical details so you don't have to worry about the logistics. I provide basic cue sheets for lighting, ensuring the dancer is always highlighted correctly on stage.
Where I Perform
I have had the honor of performing at prestigious venues like the Mysore Palace during the Dasara festival. This experience taught me how to fill large auditoriums with movement and energy, and I bring that same dedication to intimate gatherings, private parties, and corporate cultural events across Bengaluru.
If you are planning an event and looking for a performance that blends technical precision with deep devotion, let's connect. I am happy to discuss which pieces might best fit the mood and theme of your occasion.
