Circular Ring & Neon Home Setup
Backdrop & Structure
- Metal Ring Frame: One 6ft to 7ft diameter circular metal backdrop stand.
- Styling: Draped with sheer fabric, covered with a themed flex print, or left as an open industrial structure.
- Signage: One standard Neon Sign (e.g., "Happy Birthday") or a customized 2ft sunboard cutout with the name.
Balloon Styling
- Organic Garland: Semi-arch arrangement covering 50-60% of the ring.
- Balloon Type: Mix of Pastel/Matte latex and Chrome metallic accents (approx. 250-300 balloons).
- Foliage: Artificial floral bunches or faux green leaves interspersed for texture.
Cake & Prop Display
- Plinths: Set of 3 cylindrical pedestals (metal or PVC) in varying heights.
- Table Decor: One cake stand and minor thematic props placed on the cylinders.
Lighting & Logistics
- Focus Light: One LED par can light for the backdrop.
- Logistics: Transport within city limits, 2-3 hour setup time, and next-day teardown.

Lighting & Personalization
- Full Name Marquee: Illuminated Marquee letters spelling out the full name (up to 7-8 characters).
- Neon Art: Custom large neon signage mounted on the backdrop.
- Profile Lighting: 4-6 Par cans and Wash lights for photography illumination.
Immersive Styling
- Volume: Extensive balloon styling including ceiling clouds, ground runners, and dense garlands (2000+ balloons).

From jungle safari kids party decor (Wild One, Two Wild) to princess birthday backdrop setups (Frozen, Butterfly, Space), I've done everything for birthdays, mundan ceremonies, baby showers, and festive get-togethers. Sometimes folks come with a Pinterest board, sometimes they just say "kuch alag chahiye" (want something different) - I'm good at both.
