Being honest with you is important to me. Some days are tough, and this was a time when a client wasn't happy despite all our hard work. I take full responsibility when things don't go as planned and am always here to help.
When I started, people said no one would order from outside Delhi. This video is a little thank you to all my clients who proved them wrong. I now ship custom-stitched outfits to cities all across India, from Kashmir to Mumbai.
About Our Story & The People Behind the Stitches
I believe in keeping things real. While we pour our hearts into every stitch, sometimes things do not go perfectly. If a client is not happy, I do not hide it. I take full responsibility, and we work until it is right. That is the honest promise behind every piece we create at the studio.
It started with just 520 followers and a dream to solve the chaos of finding reliable tailors. Many people told me no one would trust a brand outside of Delhi for custom work, but today, we ship custom-stitched outfits from Kashmir to Mumbai.
Running Hermosa Apparel is more than just running a business. It is a passion project managed from our studio in Punjabi Bagh. I handle the design, the quality checks, and even the customer support, because I want you to feel that personal connection.
Our team is small but dedicated. We are women who pour our energy into every lehenga, kurti, and blouse we create. When you choose us, you are not just getting a garment, you are supporting a 'made in India' journey. We keep our process transparent because I know how much trust you place in us when you send your fabric or your mother's old sarees.
Some days are hard, and occasionally we make mistakes, but we own them.
