• On-Site Coordination: When we arrive at a venue like ITC Maratha or JW Sahar, the focus shifts to efficiency and safety. Our crew understands how to navigate hotel logistics, loading docks, and strict time windows, ensuring we respect the venue's rules while delivering the look you expect.
• The Final Polish: The last two hours before an event are the most important. This is when we focus on lighting adjustments, scenting the area with fresh mogra or tuberose, and ensuring the floral pedestals are perfectly aligned. We don't consider the job done until the lighting hits the stage exactly right.
