Haldi & Mehendi Decor Package

Thematic Backdrop & Seating

Main Backdrop: 10ft x 10ft structure featuring vibrant themes like Turkish Tiles or Pichwai Art. Includes heavy layering of Genda Phool (Marigold) strings.
Couple Seating: Choice of a decorated Swing (Jhula) adorned with tuberoses and vines, or a traditional large Brass Urli setup.
Flooring: Printed flex flooring or rugged carpets (approx 200 sq. ft) matching the color palette.

Entrance & Ceiling

Entrance Arch: 8ft floral archway using a mix of artificial base structure masked with fresh seasonal flowers (Yellow/Orange palette).
Ceiling Treatment: Overhead draping using colorful tassels, Rajasthani kites, inverted umbrellas, or fabric ribbons to create a canopy effect.

Props & Styling

Photo Corners: 2 dedicated photo-op zones featuring props like painted scooters, signage, or customized cutouts.
Furniture Styling: Colorful sashes for existing venue chairs (up to 50 units) and table centerpieces (brass lotas or mason jars).
Logistics: Includes all rigging gear, masking tape, and wiring management.

Performance Stage & Visuals

Stage Fabrication: Custom fabricated stage (approx. 24ft x 16ft) with risers for dance performances, finished with glossy masking.
LED Video Wall: P3 High-Definition LED backdrop (approx. 12ft x 10ft) for displaying motion graphics.
Backdrop Elements: Flanking Shimmer/Sequin Panels or Disco Ball installations to reflect light.

Intelligent Lighting & Trussing

Tech Rig: Overhead Box Truss structure (aluminum) to hang lights.
Lighting Inventory: Includes 12-16 Sharpy beam lights, 8-10 LED Washers for color, 4 Blinders, and a Haze/Smoke machine. Includes console operator.

Bar & Entrance Statement

Designer Bar: 16ft to 20ft long Island or Straight Bar setup with acrylic lit-up frontage or floral masking.
Entrance Tunnel: Tunnel concept featuring neon strips, fairy lights, or bulb-lit mirrors.
Signage: Custom Neon Sign (e.g., Couple Hashtag) included.

Wedding Ceremony & Mandap Setup

Grand Mandap Setup

Structure: 4-Pillar carved structure (Fiber or Wood finish) in Gold, Silver, or Pastel shades (approx. 12ft x 12ft).
Floral Work: Heavy floral headers on all four sides using premium artificial base flowers with fresh top layers (Roses, Tuberoses). Includes central floral chandelier or ladis.
Ritual Seating: 2-4 Maharaja Chairs or low-seating Gadis for the couple, plus Patlas/Chowkis for the Havan.

Aisle & Walkway

The Path: 40ft to 60ft Red or Pastel carpet runner.
Aisle Markers: 6-8 decorative pedestals (Brass diyas or Floral Urns) lining the path.
Foyer: Entrance archway coordinating with the Mandap theme, including a dedicated Ganesh Idol setup with floral backing.

Ambience Details

Lighting: Warm White Par-can wash lighting specifically for the Mandap area.
Seating: Decor for the immediate family seating (first 2-3 rows) with chair bows or covers.

Reception Stage & Hall Decor

Majestic Reception Stage

Dimensions: Extra-wide stage setup (40ft to 60ft width) suitable for large group photos.
Backdrop Design: Multi-layered backdrop featuring heavy Velvet draping, intricate Gold Jaali (lattice) work, or floral-pasted wall panels.
Ceiling Features: Installation of large Crystal Chandeliers or floral hanging gardens directly above the couple's seating area.
Furniture: Premium Victorian-style sofa or Love Seat for the couple.

Hall & Ceiling Decor

Venue Draping: Scalloped fabric draping for the venue ceiling to mask air-con ducts in theme colors.
Table Centerpieces: 40-50 units of tall Candelabras or Crystal Vases with floral bunches (Artificial/Fresh mix) for guest round tables.

Entrance & Foyer

Grand Walkway: Signature entrance tunnel or double-arch setup.
Photo Booth: A dedicated photo zone separate from the stage with themed props.
Carpeting: Wall-to-wall carpeting for the stage and aisle area.

I don’t just decorate spaces - I help your story come alive. Forty years here in Mumbai, I’ve seen how every event has a different vibe. My work is about turning those vibes into real moments, whether it’s old-school traditional or that crazy Pinterest look you’ve been saving.

Milestone & Sacred Moments

I love making anniversaries shine, from silver to gold, or giving baby showers that proper divine touch - peacock feathers, blessings, all of it.
For weddings, I do genda ke toran dware sajao (decorate the door with marigold garlands) and bring that shubh din (auspicious day) feeling, whether it’s classic Haldi-Mehendi with marigolds and phulkari or something wild like Turkish blue and evil-eye themes.
South Indian ceremonies? Expect banana leaf arches, lotus accents, the whole serene vibe.
Even First Holy Communion setups get my pastel and angelic touch.

Go full-on regal with gold, reds, chandeliers, and jaali work.
