Meet Sukhmeet, my co-founder and the visionary behind our boldest ideas. With a background in luxury retail and a passion for creating unique experiences, he is the one who pushes our creative boundaries and ensures every event has that jaw-dropping factor.

And this is me, Mansi, the other half of Panache Decors. My passion is turning your love story into a tangible, beautiful experience. I focus on the creative curation and the little details that make your day feel uniquely yours.

About Behind The Scenes: The People & The Process

We often get asked how we turn a simple Pinterest mood board into a full-scale floral installation. It starts with our team of artisans who spend hours, often overnight, manually stringing garlands or wiring custom structures before the venue doors even open. We prioritize this hands-on precision because those tiny, handmade details are exactly what catch your eye when you walk into the room.

Great event decor looks effortless, but the reality involves a high level of technical planning and physical labor. Whether we are setting up a lakeside mandap in Karjat or a glam sangeet setup in a Navi Mumbai ballroom, the process is consistent. It begins with our team of craftsmen who are the backbone of Panache Decors. They are experts at the intricate tasks, from hand-stringing marigold garlands to assembling modular wooden structures and ensuring every LED light is perfectly placed.

We treat every project as a production. If you see a lush floral arch in our gallery, know that it was likely pre-assembled in our workshop, transported, and then meticulously finished on-site to ensure the flowers stay fresh. We deal with the realities of event management, managing timelines, adjusting structures to fit unique floor plans, and problem-solving on the fly.
