About Building Strength and Preventing Falls

We don’t just hand you a list of exercises. Every program begins with a 60-minute geriatric assessment—including gait analysis and fall risk testing—to identify exactly where your stability is compromised. We then adapt every movement, whether you are working on parallel bars or using gentle resistance bands, to ensure your safety and confidence as you regain independence.

Aging often brings challenges with balance, muscle mass, and joint stiffness, but these aren't inevitable parts of life that you must simply accept. At our Brookefield clinic, we approach senior rehabilitation through the lens of biomechanics, not just generalized exercise.
