Setup Details

• What's covered: Fresh-flower decoration using marigold, jasmine, rose, lotus and seasonal blooms across stage backdrops, floral arches, traditional ceremony setups (Simmanta, Naamkaran, puja), wedding and engagement stages, and entrance / door garlands (torans).
• End-to-end: Flower sourcing, on-site arrangement, all labour, setup, and dismantling are included in the package price. No separate labour or service charge on top.
• Style: Mix of traditional Indian (marigold walls, banana-leaf and mango-leaf accents) and contemporary (white-rose arches, jasmine garlands).

Pricing

• Non-summer months (July to February): Starts at ₹5,000 per setup.
• Summer months (March to June): Starts at ₹7,000 per setup. Flower costs rise in summer; the higher starting price reflects raw-material cost, not a markup.
• Festival season (Ganesh Chaturthi, Diwali, etc.): Fresh flower decoration starts at ₹16,000-₹18,000 during major festivals, because flower prices spike and demand is very high in those days. Applies to all fresh floral decor over the festival period.
• Home Ganesha decor: ₹10,000-₹12,000 for a home-scale Ganesha setup with a floral backdrop and a decorated platform / stand for the murthi.

Ganesh Chaturthi Decoration

• Artificial flower decor: Starts ₹5,000. Minimal and simple. During the festival I prefer artificial flowers because fresh flower prices go very high in those days, so artificial keeps it affordable. Final price depends on the design and how much material the setup takes.
• Fresh flower decor: I take fresh flower Ganesh Chaturthi work from ₹15,000 and above only.
• Backdrop only: I decorate the backdrop, not the idol.
• Mandap: ₹50,000 mandap available. I do not do the small mandaps.
• Custom decor: If you have a reference picture of the decor you want, share it and I will recreate it, as long as your budget is reasonable for that look.
• Table on request: ₹1,000 per table on rent, plus transport charge added as per distance. Tabletop cloth (20 metres, around ₹1,200) to be bought by the client, because it cannot be reused after the pooja.
• Larger setups (wedding / engagement stages, full marigold walls, multi-element traditional ceremonies) approach ₹40,000-₹50,000.
• Scope-based, no fixed sub-tiers: Final quote depends on flower volume, types used, and scale of the setup. Anywhere in the ₹5,000-₹50,000 band is possible.

Service & Logistics

• Lead Time: Minimum 24 hours' notice for floral. Same-day floral is not possible because flowers are sourced fresh from the market on the morning of the event.
• Small floral accent on a balloon setup (a few flower petals, simple floral touch): 7-8 hours' notice is enough.
