- Backdrop: One metal arch frame (Heart or Circular shape) serving as the focal point.
- Balloon Work: Organic style garland with 60 to 80 balloons attached to the frame.
- Materials: Mix of matte latex and Chrome/Metallic finish balloons.
- Floor Decor: 15 to 20 air filled balloons scattered for room fullness.
- Themes: Options include Birthday, Anniversary, Bride to be, Proposal, and Farewell.
Props & Lighting
- Signage: One generic LED Neon Sign (e.g., Happy Birthday, Better Together).
- Letters: Battery operated marquee letters (approx. 6 to 8 inches).
- Lighting: LED Fairy lights draped over the arch or sheer curtains.
- Furniture: Cake stand placed on a central table or paper accordion pedestal.
Usage
- Location: Exclusive to the private theater venue.
- Validity: Covers the duration of the booked theater slot (approx. 3 hours).

- Drapery: Sheer white net fabric or foil fringe curtains (Gold/Silver/Black).
Props & Display
- Pedestals: Set of 3 cylindrical stands (Accordion paper or Metal wireframe) for cake and gifts.
- Specialty Items: Set of 4 transparent blocks with mini balloons and artificial floral vines.
- Thematic Items: Includes occasion specific foil balloons (Crowns, Rings, Champagne bottles).
Technicals
- Lighting: Acrylic LED Neon signage rental and 1 to 2 focus lights for the backdrop.

Why I Love Doing This
Celebrations should feel special, not stressful. I started 1nce Upon a Time because I wanted to bring that "wow" moment to people in Namma Bengaluru, without making them worry about the cost or the mess. Whether you want to surprise your partner or just chill with your friends, I’m all about making your space Insta-ready.
How I Work
- Two options: I can set up everything at our private theatre (movie or gaming session with full decor, zero effort for you), or I’ll come to your place and turn your room into a party zone.
- I only do indoor setups, so rain or shine, your celebration is safe.

Hey folks, we’re 1nce Upon a Time. We got bored of the usual hangouts, so we built a cozy spot in Namma Bengaluru for all your celebrations. Movie nights, gaming battles, surprise parties - we love it all! Our big screen, 4K picture, Dolby Atmos sound, and happy faces dancing around - that’s what keeps us going.
