The secret to our bowls isn't just the produce; it is the separation of textures. We deliver our crunchy elements like seeds and roasted nuts in separate pouches and dressings in leak-proof tubs, so your meal stays crisp from the first bite to the last, never soggy.
When we started Zunch, we were tired of the false choice between healthy and tasty. We decided to bridge that gap by combining Dr. Sejal’s expertise in nutrition with my background in professional kitchens.
Every bowl you see in this collection is built on a specific nutritional framework. We focus on four pillars: high-quality carbs for steady energy, protein for strength, fiber for digestion, and healthy fats that actually leave you feeling satisfied.
We source our greens hydroponically because they are consistently fresher and cleaner than field-grown options. We then layer them with grains like quinoa or black rice, 60-80g of clean protein, and dressings we make from scratch in our Sewri kitchen. Whether it is our Paneer Patiala or a zesty Thai-style bowl, the goal is the same: food that fuels your day without weighing you down.
We don't do pre-made, wilted salads. Every order is packed with intention, keeping the 'crunch' separate from the 'fresh' until you are ready to eat. It is efficient, honest, and designed for anyone who wants to eat well but does not have the time to prep it themselves.
