From defying expectations to winning awards, this is the story of how I turned my passion for henna into a career I love.

15 years as a henna artist, and I am proud to admit it. I love my job and the path I have carved for myself.

People said this career has no future. Here I am, finishing my 500th bride. Alhamdulillah, I have come a long way.

I am very 'mehnati' (hardworking). The real joy is in the work itself. This is my passion, and I love being busy creating beautiful designs.

People ask where I learned to do such good mehndi. The skill is in my hands, a talent I've nurtured without any formal course myself.

That happiness when people appreciate your work. Receiving an award from Ashiana Old Age Home was a truly overwhelming and grateful moment.

Being facilitated for my work is always an honor. Thank you to the Ashiana Awards for this recognition.

A smile of gratitude while receiving the award. Moments like these make all the hard work worth it.

A close-up of the Ashiana Awards trophy and certificate. A proud addition to my collection.

Another award for my work. I am so grateful for every recognition I receive on this journey.

Do what you love, and you will never live a sad day in your life. This is me, in my element, doing what I'm most passionate about.

About My Journey & Achievements

Many people ask how I built a career out of henna design, and honestly, the secret is just consistent practice and loving the craft. When you visit my BTM Layout studio for a class or service, you are not just getting a pattern drawn on your skin; you are getting the result of 15 years of learning, experimenting with natural pastes, and understanding exactly what makes a stain look rich and dark for your big day.
