My practice is inclusive and can be adapted for any body and ability. I specialize in creating modified sessions, including chair yoga for those with limited mobility and gentle flows for women and seniors, to help manage pain and improve quality of life.

Asana & Pranayama Library

I offer detailed guidance on traditional yoga postures and breathing techniques for therapeutic benefit. This library includes foundational sequences like Surya Namaskara, specific asanas like Trikonasana for alignment, and poses designed to build strength and flexibility.

My Academic & Spiritual Journey

My approach is rooted in both ancient wisdom and modern science. I hold an M.Sc in Yoga and Consciousness from S-VYASA University and continue my spiritual learning under the guidance of my revered gurus, ensuring my teaching is both authentic and effective.
