About Yoga Day and Group Sessions
Every group here was different: factory staff in uniform at Yaskawa, students and parents at Vibgyor High, and gym regulars at Volt. The flow changed with the room each time.
Yoga Day events
International Yoga Day is when many offices and schools plan a session. I have led Yoga Day for the Yaskawa Bangalore team in 2025 and 2026, for Vibgyor High School in Marathahalli in 2025, and a community class at Volt Fitness Club in 2024.
What a large session looks like
In the Yaskawa videos, the team moves through standing stretches, forward folds, floor work and seated twists while I lead from a stage so everyone can see.
Kids and families
