About Featured
At Yaskawa I led from a stage so a shed full of employees in uniform could follow along, mixing standing stretches, gentle bends and laughter.
Corporate yoga sessions
Yaskawa Bangalore invited me to lead their International Yoga Day session in June 2025 and again in June 2026. Their team practised on rows of mats under a covered shed, and the session ended with a small thank you on stage. I described that first morning as "Early morning mats, laughter, stretches, and strong energy".
School yoga
On International Yoga Day 2025 I led a session at Vibgyor High School, Marathahalli, with students, parents, teachers and the Principal on the field together.
Kids classes
Kids in my classes work on crow pose, splits, partner poses and balance. Corporate yoga in Bengaluru and school yoga sessions can be a one-off Yoga Day event or something regular.
