I’m Anchal, and this is how I turned my kitchen experiments into a full-scale bakery that handles everything from individual treats to massive corporate orders.

I am obsessed with hygiene, and it’s a non-negotiable in my kitchen. We clean our entire space every two hours. I want our partners to know that when you work with us, you’re getting products from a bakery that prioritizes cleanliness and quality above all else.

I'm Anchal, founder of Xtraordinary. My brand was born from my passion, nurtured by my training at Le Cordon Bleu. In a world where desserts are everywhere, we stand for quality, care, and tradition.

We have the capacity to make around 50 cakes a day, but I intentionally limit us to 15. This allows us to devote the time and care each cake deserves, ensuring we consistently maintain the quality and taste that makes us extraordinary.

Let's play a game of two truths and one lie. I started my career at 23, I had zero staff for 4-5 years, and I studied at Le Cordon Bleu in 2016. Can you guess the lie? This is a little bit about my journey.

Our journey has been nothing short of sweet, from a small passion project to a full-fledged bakery. We aren't just bakers, we are storytellers, and every treat has a story to tell.

About Meet the Founder & Our Bakery

I know you have plenty of dessert options in Delhi, but I do things differently. I cap my daily cake production at 15 orders, even though we have the capacity for more, because I refuse to compromise on the quality I learned at Le Cordon Bleu. My kitchen is cleaned every two hours, and every batch—from our fudgy brownies to our tea cakes—is handled by a team that cares as much about the process as the final taste.
