Core Construction
- Carcass Material: 16mm/18mm BWP (Boiling Water Proof) Marine Grade Plywood to prevent warping.
- Shutter Finish: 0.8mm to 1mm High-Pressure Laminate (HPL) pressed on Marine Ply.
- Brands: Finishes from Merino, Greenlam, or Royal Touch (Suede, Matt, or High Gloss).
- Edge Banding: Machine-pressed PVC edge banding matching the laminate color.
Hardware & Functionality
- Drawers: Basic Callisto Soft-Close Wire Baskets or Standard Telescopic Channels.
- Hinges: Callisto Soft-Close Hinges (Clip-on mechanism) with 95 to 105 degree opening angles.
- Handles: Standard external handles in SS, Chrome, or Black finish.
Organization & Waste
- Standard Units: PVC cutlery organizer, Thali/Plate rack, and Bottle pull-out.
- Under-Sink: Detergent holder or dustbin holder included.
Exclusions
- Countertop, Appliances (Hob/Chimney), Sink, Faucet, and Civil work are not included in this rate.

What’s Inside Counts Most
Materials matter, so I use marine ply for cabinets - super tough, doesn’t rot. You get to pick finishes like:
- Back painted glass (sleek and modern)
- Laminates in different textures
- PU for that rich pop of color
- Acrylic or veneer for classic or royal vibes
All drawers below the waist? Soft-close and sturdy. I do handle-less kitchen cabinets with Gola profiles - some even have LED lights. Tricky corners? Sorted with magic corners, pull-outs, and even a foldable breakfast table.
