Specialized Bowling Coaching and Action Correction
Bowling is a mind game that starts with your run-up. We fix your biomechanics, speed, and variation so you can out-think the batsman instead of just throwing the ball.
For a fast bowler, everything depends on the run-up. I explain why sprint work is so important to build a powerful and consistent bowling action. Your hard work must be in the right direction.
Left-arm pace is a huge advantage if you know how to use it. Here is one of our young bowlers working on his action and angle of attack in the nets.
Deception is a bowler's best weapon. This video shows a bowler practicing the Malinga-style slow ball, a difficult skill we teach to help you out-think the batsman.
Bowling is not just about running in and throwing the ball, it's a mind game. I am discussing strategy with a bowler, explaining how to plan an over, use variations, and read the batsman's intentions.
This is our CN Pace Academy, where we specialize in developing bowlers. We cover everything from speed and swing to fitness and strategy to turn you into a complete bowler.
About Specialized Bowling Coaching
Most bowlers come to me obsessed with raw speed but ignore their run-up. If your stride is off, your landing and release point will never be consistent. We spend weeks correcting the basics before we talk about variations, because without a solid foundation, you are just wasting energy and risking injury.
At CN Pace Academy, we strip away the guesswork. You are not here to bowl 100 balls in the nets without a plan. We use video analysis to break down your bowling action, finding those micro-adjustments in your back-foot landing or release point that add pace without extra effort.
The CN Pace Approach
- Run-up Correction: Your run-up determines your jump and follow-through. We run daily sprints to fix your momentum.
- The Mind Game: We teach you how to read the batsman. Are they stepping out? Are they looking to pull? We plan your overs in sets, not just individual deliveries.
- Smart Variations: From Malinga-style slow balls to left-arm angles, you will learn to bowl with intent.
We train on four turf wickets in Noida, and you will be expected to put in the work on fitness. 100m sprints and core drills are non-negotiable. Whether you are preparing for local league matches or aiming for Delhi Capitals net trials, the focus is on building a bowler who can sustain pace and accuracy over long spells, not just T20 cameos.
