About The Artisan's Touch: From Our Workshop
Before a single piece of wood is cut, we sit with our sample box—velvet, marble, metallic finishes—to find the right texture for your vision. It is not just about picking a design from a catalog; it is about adjusting dimensions, selecting grain patterns, and deciding on hardware that works for your specific daily use. We bridge the gap between a rough sketch and a finished, durable reality.
Our Frazer Town workshop is where the real work happens. We do not believe in mass-producing identical items. Instead, we work directly with you or your interior designer to refine every detail. Whether you have a 3D rendering, a rough doodle, or just a concept, we treat it as the starting point for our construction.
We start with structural integrity. Our frames use kiln-dried Sal or Marandi wood with termite treatment, ensuring the piece lasts for generations. Once the structure is set, we move to the comfort layer—using high-resilience foam and zig-zag springs for long-term support.
Materials are the heart of what we do. We source Italian marble, green onyx, and various veneers, and we finish metal components with PVD coatings for anti-tarnish durability. If you want a specific tint for a lacquer finish or a particular Italian leather texture, we source and test it before applying it to your furniture. Every piece, from our sliding-door bar units to our tufted accent chairs, goes through our own factory floor before landing in your home. This direct-to-consumer approach means we quality-check every stitch and joint, ensuring that what you get is exactly what you visualized.
