Essential Laminate Modular Wardrobe
Structure & Material
- Carcass: 18mm Moisture Resistant HDHMR or BWR Grade Plywood designed for local climate conditions.
- Backing: 6mm to 8mm Ply backing for structural rigidity.
- Internal Finish: Off-white or fabric-textured snag-free laminate inner liner.
Shutters & Finish
- Core: 18mm calibrated Plywood or HDHMR.
- Surface: 1mm High-pressure Laminate in Matte, Suede, or Glossy textures (Merino/Century/Royale Touché).
- Edge Banding: Machine-pressed 2mm PVC banding matching the laminate color for a seamless look.
Hardware
- Hinges: Soft-close hinges with 3D adjustability (Hettich / Hafele / Ebco).
- Drawers: Telescopic ball-bearing channels (Full extension) with 2-3 standard internal drawers per unit.
- Rods: Heavy-duty oval SS hanging rods with anti-slip strip.

- Design: Site measurement and 2D/3D visualization included.
- Execution: Factory manufacturing, transport, and on-site assembly.

Aesthetic & External Finish
- Finish Types: High-Gloss Acrylic (1.5mm+ sheet) or Automotive-grade PU Paint (High Gloss/Satin Matte).
- Design Options: Includes Fluted Panels, CNC routed patterns, or integrated J-pull handles painted to match.
- Color: Customization available in 1000+ Pantone or RAL shades.
Internal Configuration
- Carcass: 18mm Boiling Water Proof (BWP) Marine Grade Plywood.
- Laminates: Premium wood-grain or leather-finish textured internal laminates.
- Layout: Customized organization including long coat hanging and saree racks.

- Channels: Undermount Quadro channels (invisible from side) with silent soft-close mechanism.
