About this collection
Advanced gymnastics is not just about the final flip. It requires mastering the technical precision, spotting, and safety protocols that come before it. In our advanced batches, we use high-density foam mats, suede balance beams, and hands-on physical spotting to ensure your child builds the muscle memory for cartwheels and handstands without the fear of injury. We focus on the "Bas, try karte raho!" approach, keeping them engaged while they refine their form.
Building Technical Proficiency
At this stage, we move beyond playful exploration to focused skill acquisition. Our curriculum for ages 5 to 12 is designed to create a solid foundation for acrobatics. We break down complex movements into smaller, manageable steps—whether it's learning the correct hand placement for a cartwheel or maintaining core tension during a handstand.
The Role of Consistent Practice
Progression in gymnastics is non-linear. Some children master a move in days, while others need a few weeks to build the necessary strength. This is why we offer flexible programs ranging from 2 to 5 days a week. Regular attendance is critical here; the 5-day Intensive Program is specifically for those looking to build rapid stamina, flexibility for splits, and proficiency in linking moves like a cartwheel into a jump.
Why Our Approach Works
We aren't just teaching sports; we are training the brain. Our "Brain & Body" methodology uses circuit training, balance pods, and specific core work (like Superman holds and V-ups) to improve coordination. Because we keep batch sizes small (8 to 12 kids), every student gets the individual feedback they need to correct their posture and technique. If you are looking for a gym in Indore that balances disciplined gymnastics with a fun, supportive atmosphere, this is the right place.
Wonder Beans Gym
I’m Neha, and seeing a child stick their first handstand is the highlight of my day at Wonder Beans Gym. We push past the fear factor, creating a space where your child feels safe enough to try, fail, and eventually nail that perfect cartwheel or flip.
