Stronger muscles, better posture, and a lot of focus. I design these foundational drills to build the core stability and flexibility every child needs for gymnastics and for growing up healthy and active.

This video showcases two fundamental gymnastics poses: the cartwheel and the bridge. These movements are excellent for building full-body strength, coordination, and spinal flexibility.

A great example of a full workout, this clip shows a student navigating hurdles to improve agility, followed by a bridge pose to enhance back flexibility and strength.

Our apparatus work is key to building strength. Here, students practice an L-sit on the parallel bars to build core and arm strength, and a supported handstand to improve balance and shoulder stability.

This clip highlights two key components of gymnastics: explosive power and flexibility. Watch our students practice their vertical jumps and then transition into impressive splits.

This workout combines agility and flexibility. A student first jumps through hoops to work on coordination and then demonstrates a strong bridge pose, showcasing her back and shoulder flexibility.

This partner-assisted exercise is designed to build back and shoulder strength. Using a bar for resistance, students work together to complete the movement, also learning teamwork.

Hanging on the bar is a simple yet powerful exercise for building grip strength and decompressing the spine. This student shows great form as she hangs and even flips upside down with a smile.

About this collection

Before your child masters a cartwheel or a bridge, we start with simple, controlled movements. I emphasize core-strengthening planks and grip-building bar hangs, teaching them that steady, repeated practice is the real secret to progress. It’s not about rushing; it’s about building a body that feels capable and ready for anything.

At Wonder Beans Gym, I see strength and flexibility as the 'superpowers' for your child. In our Indore studio, we use the Brain & Body methodology to turn what could be repetitive drills into a game they actually want to play.

Why Strength and Flexibility Matter

It’s not just about sports. Developing core strength early on helps with posture, balance, and focus during school hours. Flexibility, on the other hand, reduces the risk of injury during play and helps children stay active longer.

How We Build It

  • Core Control: We use planks, V-ups, and Superman holds to build the midsection, which is the engine for every tumble and handstand.
  • Grip & Shoulder Stability: Hanging on bars, wall walks, and supported handstands prepare those little arms for the weight of their own body, which is crucial for overall coordination.
  • Mobility: Gentle, guided stretching during our sessions improves range of motion, making everything from daily movement to advanced gymnastics feel natural.

We don't focus on competition; we focus on your child’s progress. Whether it’s their first bridge pose or building the confidence to try a wall walk, my team is there to spot and encourage. Every kid learns at their own pace, and the goal is always the same: a healthy, confident, and active child. When they feel strong, they feel ready to take on the world.

I’m Neha, and I started Wonder Beans Gym because I wanted a space where kids aren't just stuck with books or tablets. Here in Indore, I bring together gymnastics, movement, and a bit of cultural learning to build strong bodies and curious minds. I’m right there on the mats with them, making sure they feel safe enough to try, fail, and succeed.
