For these evening looks, I focus heavily on prepping your skin to handle flash photography. We start with a hot towel cleanse and high-end hydration using brands like Charlotte Tilbury and Dior, ensuring your base looks like skin—even under bright party lights. Whether it is a cut crease or a sharp, snatched liner, the makeup is sealed with a long-wear technique so you do not have to worry about fading while you are on the dance floor.
Cocktail and reception events are the perfect time to experiment with the 'high glam' vibe. While my philosophy is always skin-first, these events allow us to turn up the volume with bolder colors, heavy lashes, and structured contouring that defines your features.
My signature approach for reception brides is creating a 'glass skin' glow that does not look greasy or cakey. I use premium illuminators and high-end products that catch the light beautifully, making sure your makeup looks as good in person as it does in your photos.
