A classic French Chocolate Eclair, filled with delicate cream and topped with a rich, glossy chocolate glaze. This is one of the timeless pastries that our regulars have loved since the very beginning.

Our iconic French Hearts, also known as palmiers. These heart-shaped puff pastries are caramelized and crispy, a simple yet incredibly satisfying treat.

The making of our Cream Puffs. These light and airy choux pastry balls are dusted with powdered sugar and filled with fresh cream just before serving.

Slices of our Napoleon pastry. This dessert features layers of flaky puff pastry and rich chocolate cream, topped with cocoa powder and a cherry.

My process always starts with the best ingredients. I only use real couverture chocolate, which I melt and work with carefully to bring out its true depth and richness. You can taste the difference this commitment makes in every single layer.
