A modern take on the classic Black Forest cake, made during my training at SEP. It features rich chocolate layers, cherries, and beautiful chocolate shavings.

Our Premium Fresh Fruits Cake is a timeless favorite. It's loaded with seasonal fruits and surrounded by crunchy toasted almonds for the perfect texture.

A classic Swiss Chocolate Cake, decorated with intricate chocolate work. Nothing beats the classics, especially when they are taught with such grace.

An Italian Buttercream Cake with a rich chocolate drip and macarons. This was another beautiful creation from my classical cakes week at pastry school.

Here I am, surrounded by all the classical cakes we made during one week at SEP. It was a week full of whisking, layering, and learning.

About Classic Flavors, Modern Twist

I firmly believe that a classic cake should taste like a warm memory. Whether it is a Black Forest or a rich Swiss Chocolate, I skip the stabilizers and artificial pre-mixes. It is just real cream, premium chocolate, and fresh fruit, whipped and layered by hand in my Shalimar Bagh kitchen, designed to taste as honest as it looks.
