About Classic Flavors, Modern Twist
I firmly believe that a classic cake should taste like a warm memory. Whether it is a Black Forest or a rich Swiss Chocolate, I skip the stabilizers and artificial pre-mixes. It is just real cream, premium chocolate, and fresh fruit, whipped and layered by hand in my Shalimar Bagh kitchen, designed to taste as honest as it looks.
There is a reason classics remain classics. A perfect Black Forest or a fresh fruit cake brings a sense of nostalgia that no trendy design can replace. However, the difference lies in the ingredients. When I bake these at Bakeofy, I focus on the 'choti choti baatein' (the little things).
My Swiss Chocolate and Italian Buttercream cakes are made using high-quality cocoa and real chocolate, not compound, which gives you that smooth, melting texture. For my Fresh Fruit cakes, I source seasonal fruits that add a natural, tangy contrast to the whipped cream, ensuring the sweetness never feels overwhelming.
Everything you see here is 100% eggless. I have spent years refining my sponges to ensure they are light and fluffy, without compromising on the richness you expect from a premium dessert. Whether you are ordering for a milestone anniversary or just a quiet Sunday celebration at home, these cakes are built on the same 'rishtey' (relationships) that I built my bakery on.
