About How My 1:1 Coaching Works
My coaching isn't about live Zoom calls that interrupt your workday. Instead, we use an app to track your daily habits, and I provide weekly video feedback on your metrics, mood, and barriers. You get a custom nutrition and workout roadmap that fits your real life, including your favourite Indian foods, so you stop relying on motivation and start building habits that stick.
How We Get Results
I am not here to give you generic meal plans that force you to eat salads when you want roti. My 1:1 coaching is built on data and daily accountability, not guesswork.
The Coaching Process
- 16-Week Foundation: Real change takes time. I require a 4-month commitment because that is the minimum window to unlearn bad habits and build new ones. If you are looking for a quick fix, this is not it.
- App-Based Tracking: You will use my coaching app to log your meals, workouts, steps, and weight. This gives me a clear picture of your consistency (or lack of it) so we can adjust as needed.
- Asynchronous Feedback: You send your weekly check-in form, and I send you a video or voice note reviewing your progress. I call out your excuses, celebrate your wins, and adjust your macros based on how you are actually feeling.
What Your Plan Includes
- Custom Nutrition: Your calories and protein targets are set based on your height, weight, and activity level. You get a library of recipes that include rajma, dal, and paneer. Yes, you can eat these and still lose weight.
- Tailored Workouts: Whether you have a gym membership or just dumbbells at home, I create a routine that fits your schedule. No hours of cardio required.
- Community Support: You get access to a group chat with other women on the same journey. It is a space to share wins and vent when you are struggling.
