Your body needs fuel to function. Eating too few calories slows your metabolism and makes you risk losing muscle. You can enjoy a cocktail and still be on track.

Sustainable weight loss isn't about starving yourself. Extreme restriction only leads to extreme cravings. Yes, you can eat pancakes and hot chocolate.
