My Story
Hey, I’m Tarn. Used to be stuck in suits, hiding in hoodies, hating mirrors. I did the whole commercial lawyer thing, felt miserable, drowned myself in food and drinks. Every fitness guru looked nothing like me, eating salads while I craved rajma and roti. One day, I ditched the excuses. Made my own plan, ate my desi food, worked out at home. Turns out, consistency beats perfection. Now, I help women like me break free. It’s not just about weight loss. It’s about living again.
