Every project begins with a detailed recce where we map out the venue's logistics, from the ballroom entrance to the rigging points. Before a single prop is placed, we ensure your layout works for the flow of your guests, so on the day of your event, everything is already set and ready for the first guest to walk in.
How We Approach Execution
We don't just show up on the day of the event; we conduct thorough site visits to understand the venue's specific constraints—be it the lighting limits at a heritage spot or the floor loading capacity in a hotel ballroom. Our process is built on preparation.
Whether it's a large-scale structural build for an immersive product launch or setting up grand staircases, we treat the venue as a blank canvas. Our team handles the rigging, safety protocols, and technical fabrication on-site, ensuring the aesthetic vision remains intact even under pressure. We have managed load-ins at major properties like the Taj West End, where timing and coordination are everything.
