The Backdrop & Stage

• Main Feature: A 10ft x 12ft thematic backdrop. Options include a Boho-Rustic wall with dried pampas grass and macrame, or a traditional wall of dense yellow/orange marigold strings (Genda) mixed with tuberoses.
• Seating: One central couple seating element, either a decorated traditional Swing (Jhula) with floral wraps or a loveseat with thematic printed cushions.
• Flooring: Printed flex flooring (checkerboard or floral pattern) or a colored rug to define the 12ft x 10ft stage area.

Ambient Decor & Props

• Entrance: A welcome signage board on a wooden easel with floral bunches and personalized text. Accompanied by 2-4 brass pots or large vases.
• Photo-Op Corner: A dedicated quirky corner (e.g., Dhobi Ghat with hanging fabric swatches or Blue Pottery with ceramic vases) for guest photos.
• Lounges: Styling for up to 3 lounge pockets using existing venue furniture, enhanced with ethnic runners, 15-20 thematic cushion covers, and small brass centerpiece vessels.

Floral & Lighting Details

• Flower Quality: Predominantly fresh local blooms (Marigold, Chrysanthemum, Desi Rose) for volume, mixed with quality artificial fillers for height.
• Lighting: Basic par cam lighting to illuminate the backdrop for daytime photography focus.

Stage & Structural Design

• Backdrop: Large scale stage masking (approx 16ft - 24ft wide) utilizing sequins, velvet drapes, or a green wall with neon signage.
• Ceiling Installations: Rigging of overhead decor elements above the dance floor. Includes hanging geometric gold cubes, disco balls (mirror balls), or suspended foliage vines.
• Console Styling: Custom masking for the DJ console with mirror acrylic or thematic prints to blend with the stage.

Entrance & Walkway

• Arrival Experience: An 8ft-10ft entrance tunnel or archway featuring fairy lights, bulbs, or floral runners on gold metal frames.
• Signage: Neon or mirrored acrylic welcome signage placed on a decorative stand with floral clusters.

Table & Bar Styling

• Centerpieces: Approximately 15-20 tall centerpieces for round tables, using gold metal stands, artificial pampas/feathers, or candle arrangements in glass votives.
• Bar Decor: Thematic frontage for the bar counter (approx 12ft) using flex branding or floral skirting.

Lighting Ambience

• Mood Lighting: Strategic placement of warm white serial lights and halogen spots to highlight decor elements. (Note: Does not include Intelligent/Stage performance lighting).

The Mandap (Ceremonial Structure)

• Structure: A grand 4-pillar Mandap (approx 10x10ft or 12x12ft). Options include Acrylic pillars or Traditional carved gold fiber pillars.
• The Floral Ceiling: A dense floral canopy inside the Mandap using strings of Tuberoses (Rajnigandha), Jasmine, or color-blocked Carnations. Utilizes a mix of fresh and high-quality artificial blooms for density.
• Ritual Seating: Low seating (Bajots/Patlas) for the couple and parents, fully draped in satin with heavy embroidered throws.

Aisle & Varmala Stage

• Walkway: A 20-30ft decorated aisle. Options: Printed flex runway, red carpet with rose petal borders, or elevated wooden platform. Lined with 6-8 floral pedestals or brass diyas on stands.
• Varmala Stage: A raised platform with a floral backdrop (separate from Mandap) for the garland exchange, designed for wide-angle photography.

Entrance & Guest Seating

• Gateway: A grand floral arch at the venue entry (Theme options: Temple bells, South Indian Banana leaf, or Modern Pastels).
• Seating Styling: Decor accents for up to 50-80 family chairs near the Mandap (Tie-backs, floral sprigs, or sashes).

Finer Details

• Props: Use of traditional elements like large brass lamps (Samai), idols (Ganesha/Lakshmi) for the foyer, and petal cones for guests.
• Lighting: Ambient lighting for the Mandap area to highlight the floral ceiling details.
