Royal & Traditional Wedding Decor Designs
Traditional weddings deserve more than just decor. I design spaces where royal heritage meets modern sophistication to bring your vision to life.
An elegant outdoor reception at dusk. The space is designed with luxurious lounge seating, classic Persian rugs, and a ceiling of soft, draped fabric and crystal chandeliers, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for guests.
A glimpse of a royal-themed wedding reception on a lush lawn. The decor features rich maroon tablecloths with gold polka dots and plush velvet chairs, combining traditional colors with luxurious textures for an opulent feel.
A beautiful and vibrant event themed in shades of pink, designed for a sacred celebration. The decor features a custom pink damask carpet, large floral arrangements, and a dedicated space for a traditional Pichwai painting of Shrinathji.
A breathtaking entrance for a traditional wedding ceremony, adorned with thousands of fragrant white mogra and deep red flowers. This grand floral archway sets a tone of reverence and opulence for the sacred event.
A bar designed for a royal wedding, featuring a stunning backdrop made from a traditional red carpet. The space is overflowing with red floral arrangements and lit with the warm glow of classic Indian lamps.
A luxurious seating arrangement for a traditional wedding, surrounded by an abundance of red flowers. The design combines classic furniture with rich floral decor to create a space that feels both grand and intimate.
The stage for a royal wedding reception, featuring a magnificent floral backdrop. A tree of life is meticulously crafted from red and white roses, creating a stunning and symbolic focal point for the couple.
About this collection
A successful traditional setup is built on precision, not just volume. When we design a mandap or entrance, we focus on the sightlines and the flow of the ceremony, ensuring that the 12x12 ft structures and floral density enhance the space rather than overwhelm it. This is why I personally oversee the production team on site. Getting the brass lamps and velvet drapes perfectly positioned is what transforms a standard venue into a regal setting.
Every wedding story is unique, and for traditional ceremonies, that story is often written in the language of heritage and grandeur. My approach is to move beyond standard props, creating environments that feel authentic and deeply personal. Whether it is a 24ft Varmala stage designed to be the focal point of the evening or an elevated walkway lined with brass lamps and fresh mogra, every element serves a purpose.
I work with a mix of high-density floral arrangements, using real roses, jasmine, and tuberoses, alongside custom-fabricated structures in wood and fiber. The goal is to blend the weight of tradition with a refined, modern aesthetic. For those planning a large-scale event, we focus on space management and wall-to-wall carpeting to completely mask venue walls, ensuring your chosen theme dominates the environment. From Mughal-style archways to contemporary Mandap domes, we adapt to the venue architecture while injecting the requested level of opulence. It is about creating a stage that holds the weight of your vows.
