Boho-Chic Mehendi & Sundowner Setup
Theme & Structures
- Concept: Bohemian Carnival or Tropical Sundowner themes using earthy palettes or pop colors.
- Shading: Installation of 4-6 decorative teepees or wooden cabanas draped in sheer fabrics.
- Ceiling: Colorful fabric strips (Leheriya or pastel) creating a canopy effect for covered areas.
Furniture & Seating
- Lounge Setup: Low wooden pallet tables, jute rugs, floor bolsters, and cane/wicker sofas.
- Special Seating: Signature Peacock Chairs for the couple.
- Dining: Standard round tables with Chiavari chairs (approx 40-50% seating capacity).
Floral & Prop Styling
- Botanicals: Mix of Marigold strings (Genda) blended with pampas grass, wheat stalks, and tropical Monstera leaves.

Traditional Grand Wedding & Mandap Design
The Mandap
- Structure: Grand 4-pillar or dome structure (min 12x12 ft) in carved wood, gold fiber, or acrylic.
- Florals: High-density arrangement with top borders covered in red roses, tuberoses, or jasmine.
- Ritual Space: Royal Gadras/Bajot seating for couple and parents, plus Havan Kund setup.
Entrance & Aisle
- Entry: Thematic gate (Mughal archway/Floral wall) with statement props like silver elephants or oversized urlis.
- Walkway: Elevated or carpeted aisle lined with floral pedestals, brass lamps, and floor candles.
Varmala Stage
- Backdrop: Wide stage (24ft+) with heavy floral work or intricate jali paneling.
- Effects: Cold pyro sparklers and flower shower mechanism for garland exchange.
Dining & Scenography
- Seating: Round tables with premium brocade/velvet linen and Gold/Champagne Chiavari or Louis chairs.

How I Work
I take care of everything - from dreaming up the concept to actually building and setting up the venue myself. I’m not just a designer, I’m hands-on with my production team, so nothing gets lost in translation. I often work with wedding planners too, helping them pull off their vision when they need a reliable crew.
