A symphony of deep velvets, crimson florals, and the warm glow of antique lanterns. I design these Sufi and Darbar-inspired spaces to wrap your guests in a dreamscape that feels both grand and deeply intimate.

This is the essence of a royal darbar fantasy. The entire venue is enveloped in deep crimson drapes, with a ceiling full of chandeliers casting a golden glow on the plush, elegant seating arrangements below.

A dramatic entrance for a night of romance. I designed this tunnel with midnight blue walls, a matching carpet, and an explosion of red florals, all leading towards a magnificent red-shaded chandelier.

A video montage of a Sufi night, draped in velvet and glowing like a dreamscape. It showcases the red-draped ceiling, the candlelit installations, and the grand, soulful stage.

The stage for a soulful Sufi performance. I created a backdrop of red velvet and golden arches inset with chandeliers, setting a perfectly mystical and grand vibe for the sangeet night.

A beautifully lit garden that guests will never forget. For this Sufi night, I created a mesmerizing installation of glowing red floral forms and beds of candles, turning the landscape into a piece of art.

A video showing the dreamy details of a red-themed wedding. It highlights the candlelit tables, the dramatic red chandeliers, and the cascading floral arrangements on the engagement stage.

A video montage of a wedding where red was the star. It showcases the regal lounge with jaali arches, the candlelit dining tables, and the mogra-draped trees, proving you didn't know you needed red until you saw this.

This video captures the magic of a cocktail night I designed in just 7 days. The tricky combination of midnight blue and bold red comes to life with floral arches, custom chandeliers, and dramatic tablescapes.

A detail shot of a console table, styled for the Sufi night. A large arrangement of red roses is complemented by antique props like a brass surahi and a vintage telephone, adding to the old-world charm.

A close-up of the outdoor light installation. I used fields of artificial red poppies, uplit from below, and grids of flickering candles to create a surreal and magical garden of light.

About Sufi Nights & Royal Darbars

When we mix deep reds with midnight blues, the real challenge is lighting. We avoid the 'dark' trap by layering high-output crystal chandeliers with thousands of tiny, warm-glowing candles at eye level. This creates depth and warmth rather than making the space feel closed in, ensuring that even the most dramatic color palettes remain inviting and comfortable for your guests.
