Marigold Home Celebration Setup
Core Backdrop & Seating
- Backdrop: 8ft x 8ft structure fully draped with yellow/orange marigold strings (Genda Phool) in a lattice or waterfall pattern.
- Couple Seating: 1 Traditional Diwan or low Sankheda Swing with a mattress.
- Cushions: 2-4 cylindrical bolsters and 2 square pillows with Phulkari or Bandhani covers.
- Flooring: Red or Green synthetic felt carpet for the 10ft x 10ft stage area.
Props & Entrance
- Traditional Props: 2 Brass/Copper Urlis (12-14 inch) with water and floating petals.
- Signage: 1 Haldi/Mehandi foam board cutout on an easel.
- Welcome Board: Easel stand at the entrance with a small marigold cluster.
Execution Details
- Flowers: Fresh local marigolds with Ashoka leaf fillers.
- Staff: Includes full installation and dismantling team.
- Timing: Setup completed 2 hours before the event.

Thematic Backdrop
- Structure: Asymmetric wooden arch or Teepee tent draped in sheer white/beige fabric with macramé accents.
- Botanicals: Uses dried Pampas grass, palm leaves, and fresh Baby's Breath (Gypsophila).
- Seating: 2 Wicker/Rattan Peacock Chairs or a wooden bench with boho throw rugs.
Decor Props
- Photo Corner: Setup with a wooden ladder, vintage suitcases, and chalkboard signage.
- Flooring: Jute or Hemp rugs (Durries) instead of standard red carpet.

- Centerpieces: Seasonal flowers (Marigold or Chrysanthemums) in glass vases or brass pots.
Stage & Photobooth
- Couple Area: Semi-circle arch or square frame with fresh marigolds and artificial wisteria strings.
- Sofa: 2-seater sofa or decorated bench for the couple.
- Photobooth: Themed corner (Rickshaw or Flex backdrop) with artificial floral borders.
- Walkway: 15-20ft carpet runner lined with 4-6 floral pedestals.

Haldi - Pure Happiness
- For Haldi, I can go full-on genda phool (marigold) madness, or keep it modern with yellow-white stripes and fairy lights. Diwans or comfy seating, you tell me what’s your style. Haldi marigold decor is a classic, but I love mixing in new ideas too.
Mehandi - Fun & Colour
- Mehandi setups can be pastel and boho, with ribbons and velvet sofas, or more garden-party with lace umbrellas and rustic frames. Bohemian mehendi setup is my favourite for fun photos and chill vibes.
Engagement - First Big Statement
- Want a wall of fresh flowers or minimalist golden arches? Engagement floral backdrop is all about setting a romantic mood. If you like drama, I can bring in jaali work, chandeliers, or turn a garden into an enchanted evening.
Sangeet - Party Mode
- Sangeet is where we go all out. Stage, lights, lounge or formal seating - whatever gets the party started. Sangeet stage lighting can really change the energy.
